How to Submit Your AF3 Prediction

1. Go to the AF3 server and select the job which you want to visualize in AlphaBridge.
2. Click the “Download” button and save the compressed .zip results file.
3. Go to our entry page or click home section and click “Choose file.”
4. Select the original .zip file you downloaded.
5. Be patient for a few seconds.
6. Once the AlphaBridge plot is visible:
   • You can click on interfaces to get information and zoom in on interfaces or contacts in the visualization window.
   • You can also mouse over to get interface and residue information.
   • Click on the “interactions” list to focus on specific interfaces or contacts.
